Bosnia and Herzegovina has natural and artificial lakes. The most famous valley-depression natural lake is the Boracko lake. Other major lakes include Lake Busko, Rama lake and Hutovo blato, which in recent times has taken on an artificial character. Most beautiful moutain lakes are Prokoško lake and Orlovo lake.
